Unless both you and Wing Snob agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

11.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information pending the resolution of arbitration proceedings.

Wing Snob takes food safety seriously and operates in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local food safety laws and regulations, including those enforced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and applicable state and local health departments.
