From a Backyard Grill to Katy's Favorite Wing Spot
Wing Snob started the way great food always does — with an obsession. Founder Marcus Webb spent years experimenting with sauces, rubs, and cooking techniques, convinced that the perfect chicken wing was within reach. Friends and family became the willing (and enthusiastic) test subjects at weekend cookouts on N Fry Rd.
In 2018, what began as a passion project became a mission. Marcus and his business partner Dana Reyes launched Wing Snob with a simple promise: every wing would be made fresh to order, hand-tossed in house-crafted sauces, and delivered with the kind of pride you can actually taste.
Today, Wing Snob is more than a restaurant — it's a community staple. We serve thousands of orders each month, but every single one is made with the same attention to detail that started in a backyard in Katy, TX.

How We Got Here
The Backyard Experiments
Marcus begins testing wing recipes at weekend cookouts. Word spreads fast — neighbors start showing up uninvited (and always welcome).
Wing Snob Is Born
Marcus and Dana officially open Wing Snob on N Fry Rd, Katy. Lines form on the first day. The first 500 orders sell out before noon.
Delivery Launch
We launched our own delivery service to bring wings directly to Katy households. Over 10,000 deliveries completed in the first year alone.
Sauce Lab Opens
We opened our in-house Sauce Lab, developing 12 signature flavors crafted from scratch — from Honey Garlic to Ghost Pepper Inferno.
Best Wings in Katy
Named "Best Chicken Wings in Katy" by Houston Food Magazine. We celebrated by giving free wings to the first 100 customers that week.

A trained culinary chemist with a passion for heat. Jordan leads our Sauce Lab, balancing flavor profiles that range from mild and smoky to face-meltingly hot.
